Recover account

A removed account can be recovered within 90 days. Log in with the account on the login page: the login fails with the error code USER_IS_DISABLED, and the page then offers to send a recovery email with skapi.recoverAccount(). The link in the email enables the account again.

The recovery email can only be sent to a verified email address.
