Email verification

A logged in user verifies their email address in two steps. skapi.verifyEmail() without an argument sends a 6 digit code to the address, and skapi.verifyEmail() with a form that holds the code completes the verification.

A verified email address is needed to reset a forgotten password, to recover a removed account and to make the address visible to other users.
